I had a great experience with Romel and Giselle. When I went to collect my prescription sunglasses, I wasn't happy with it so Romel ensured I was able to exchange it for another pair thanks to the 30 day happiness guarantee. The only issue, the sales person just assumed we wanted what we got last time and presented it as the only option. Just, "here's your frames, your lenses are this much, I added protection like you had last time". Then, when I said I would like to try transitions, he put in the basic transitions in, rather than presenting me with the three options. If I hadn't been looking online first I wouldn't have known about the improvements in technology.
When I went to other locations they didn’t even bother to check my glasses, but at this location they throughly checked my glasses and actually fixed them. Great store that knows what they are doing with glasses.
