The guy that helped me was wonderful. He went all over the store to pick out frames he thought I would like and brought them to me because I had my 13 month old daughter with me. He was very understanding when I had to divide my attention from the task at hand to my daughter. He provided feedback and knowledge. The store itself was very clean, lots of selection available!

Incredibly supportive and professional staff! From start to finish Mayuri was very helpful, I had an issue with the optical centre placement and she understood and suggested to redo the lens with a lower optical centre (free of charge under the 30 day guarantee) The manager Romel is such a nice guy, make sure that everyone is attended to and taken care off at all times even in super busy times! Overall would highly recommend this place, price for the quality is also awesome!!
Excellent experience! Nima provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, patient, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. He helped me find the perfect pair of glasses, and the whole process was smooth and enjoyable. I’m very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this place!
