When I ordered I indicated I was visiting and needed them to ship my new glasses to Toronto. The store manager indicated it was fine and said it would be sent there with no issues. Then after some days passed I get an email indicating that they were ready at this location in Waterloo. I call to confirm that it should be sent to Toronto. Then today again (after 3 days passed) I get a call to pick them up at Waterloo. What could've been done correctly the first time, has now delayed my glasses by about a week or more.
