Terrell helped repair some of my sunglasses yesterday afternoon. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient with the work.
The staff, doctor, and facility are nice. However, I wasn't seen until 3:50 for my 3:00 appointment and I believe it's because the 3:20 patient came in at the same time but got seen first and they... forgot about me...
Picked up my new glasses last week and everything was great. Went in for an eye exam and glasses. I don't recall the optometrist's name but Gabby helped me pick put the frames and I felt gave me a decent price for what I got.......thanks!
Kayla, Gabby, Jenna, and Dr. Andreaggi were all absolutely amazing at the LensCrafters in Hunt Valley! They were all very pleasant, knowledgeable, attentive, and provided me with excellent customer service. The store is spacious, very inviting and it offers a great selection of frames from many companies, styles, and price ranges. I absolutely love my new glasses.
