Wow!!! My experience in this LensCrafters is better than the experience I had in Columbia, Mall. The staff is outstanding!!🩷🩷 My optician, Ariel…never have met someone so knowledgeable and professional, sweet, compassionate and patient. I have been going to Lens Crafters for years for exams and glasses at another location. After the location I frequent for years I felt was falling short overtime with the quality of service, instead of just writing LC off all together, decided to just try another location. I must say this location is exceeded my expectations. The eye doctor was a real eye doctor, very professional. I felt more confident of the results of the eye test. My experience at the Hunt Valley, MD Lens Crafts was exceptional. All the staff and Doctor were friendly and knowledgeable. A special shout out to Celina who helped me select a frame that will look good on me and for explaining how progressive lens work when eye measurements are properly taken.
I went into the Hunt Valley Lens Crafters to look for new glasses and was met by Megan. She was awesome and took the time to help me find the perfect pair. Megan explained everything to me and I really appreciated her help and honesty!!!
