I had a great experience. Melanie was very helpful and welcoming throughout my visit. She took the time to help me choose the right frame that suited me, and I really appreciated her patience and recommendations. I decided to go with a classic frame for now, but I’m definitely interested in trying the Meta glasses in the future as another option. Melanie made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Excellent customer service.

This is the second time that I asked for help with a sunglass frame and both times I was told by another store there is nothing they can do, but at Lenscrafters in the Core I got amazing help and the frames were fixed. I highly recommend them!
I visited here on the 5th of May to return a pair of glasses after confirming the prerequisites for a return from the Chinook store. I was informed that I could request a return - where no direct billing from insurance is involved, from any store within 30 days of pickup as long as I had a receipt to prove it and that it could be either a virtual copy or a physical one.
