Amazing service, beautiful frames.
We had an amazing experience at LensCrafters in Market Mall thanks to Anne. We came in as last-minute customers, and despite that, she was incredibly patient, welcoming, and supportive throughout the whole visit. Anne went above and beyond to help us, took the time to answer our questions, and was especially kind and caring with our son, which truly meant a lot to us as a family. Mo saved my life and fixed my glasses!! I wouldn’t have gotten through my shift without them so thank you for the amazing customer service!!!
Therese was amazing! My grandmother is in the hospital and had broken her glasses. Therese helped me to order a new pair and replace the broken frames so she had something to tide her over until the new glasses arrived. If i could give 6 stars I would!
Had a very positive experience at lens crafter this morning! Took in a pair of sunglasses that had not been purchased there and they “fixed” them for me on the spot. Very friendly and professional service.
