All staffs are so friendly and professional. They make me feel comfortable. They are straight forward so I can trust them.
Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. I received four email reminders and a text message asking me to confirm my appointment, which I did—I even replied to confirm that I would be there on time. I rearranged my schedule and picked up my daughter early from camp just to make it work. Then, just two hours before the appointment, I got a call saying it was cancelled because the doctor no longer works there, and the remaining doctor was fully booked.
