I will give 2 stars for the glasses as they are nice but so expensive compared to so many other eyeglass stores. But I have had a couple of terrible experiences at this location and head office did nothing to help me. I do not like the wait times to see a staff member as the wait was over 20 minutes and every time I had to wait a long time. I am free from months weighing stress thanks to Manjit. I shared my concerns and discomfort by my own sunglasses and asked if it can be fixed; he listens to it and solved the problem so easily but carefully. It was an awesome experience:) Thanks so much!!

Jocelyn was excellent in helping me with custom lenses for my sunnies. Her research into the closest match for tint and her attention to detail with sizing made me feel I was in the most capable hands.

This is my first glasses and I was overwhelm. Stephanie approached me and she explained everything in detail with me and how progressive lens works. She was patience with me picking out my frame. Overall, experience was awesome, I was put at ease and not rushed.
