I contacted LensCrafters in Hyannis to order replacement lenses for two pairs of prescription sunglasses. I spoke with Jen at the store, and she helped me with exactly what I needed, and made sure I was able to take advantage of a special LensCrafters promotion that was underway. She was so helpful and professional that I ordered three replacement prescription sunglasses, and made sure that I was able to use my eye care benefits as well. Five stars for service, expertise, attention to detail, short wait time, delivered on commitments. Four stars because while it looks like they have a lot of choices… they don’t. All the same basic shape and color. Their buyer could use a style refresher. Overall I would recommend this Lenscrafters.
