I called about buying a specific frame to confirm it’s available before coming in. After calling 3 times, speaking to 3 different people and being transferred more times than I’d like, I’ve realized it’s not possible to speak to someone about making a purchase.
I must say that visiting the Abbotsford locations was one of the most disappointing experiences ever. Walked in at 10:15am yesterday morning and was greeted like I had ruined the young ladies day. I felt like I was a bother because she had to take time away from browsing on her phone. Kendra was Friendly knowledgeable and helped us pick out great glasses. We had a great experience getting fitted up and out the door with a new pair of glasses.
This is an inquiry. I have never been to Lenscrafters. I have been to 4 different places. Every one could NOT center the prescription. And believe me, I can tell the difference. How is Lenscrafters rated for this procedure ?
