Went this morning with my mom and the employee working barely paid attention to us, was not polite and her customer service could have been significantly better. Unfortunate experience which caused us to leave (especially after she asked my mom for her prescription and then left it out in the open unattended). The last time I went, my experience was the complete opposite so this was quite disappointing.
Wonderful experience! I worked with a sales specialist named Harleen, who helped me find the best-looking glasses at the most economical price and informed me of all great deals. Her expertise and professionalism were clear. I found this store better than the others in terms of variety and customer service.
