Poor customer service at the doctor's office! Instead of checking family doctor's referral, the front desk is quick to have you pay fees upfront. There are medical conditions that make eye examinations covered by OHIP. Please do not transfer your cashflow issues to patients.
Poor customer service at the Doctor of Optometry's office. They have no sense of properly setting up an appointment following a family doctor's referral. They rely on third-parties to relay the information instead of contacting directly the one concerned. The only place that wants to charge fees of $160 for diabetic patient sent by family doctor.
They were so nice and helpful. I went to get my glasses fixed and they did it free of charge highly recommend!
