Where do I begin? I feel like a Karen, but this is real talk. After being ignored for about a half hour, Roseanna promised me that my glasses were coming in two weeks. This is after I stressed the importance of timing. When that time passed and I went to pick them up, I was told it could take up to 3 months. They offered me a different pair.
