I came to LensCrafters in Castle Rock, Colorado to see what the new frames with hearing aids were like. Alisa, Troy and the staff were helpful, very knowledgeable and patient as I tried to evaluate this product. They answered all the questions my wife and I had to our satisfaction and completed the lens needs in an efficient and expedient manner. I would definitely recommend this LensCrafters location for future eyewear needs!!
Troy fixed my favorite old 6 year frames in a heartbeat with very friendly and helpful attitude including looking at replacements right before closing on a Sunday afternoon, outstanding all around service!
