The service was good, friendly people which deserve a star but my husband has been waiting nearly 6 weeks for his glasses! That’s crazy! Definitely won’t be going with Lenscrafters ever again!

Poor, cruel and borderline dangerous service here. Let me preface this with I never give one star reviews and I am not one to complain or nitpick. But I need people to know what happened to me here. Earlier in the year I made an appointment for a checkup - I needed an updated prescription. I went through a series of tests from a perfectly lovely technician, and was then told by the optometrist that I was being referred to a specialist for a freckle in my eye.
