I went in to ask about a glasses repair and was not greeted upon arrival. I had to wait while three employees at the front desk finished their conversation, and one eventually just looked at me without acknowledging me. When I explained my situation, I was cut off and told they couldn’t help—without any recommendations or alternatives, despite the glasses being purchased there. My experience at LensCrafters was great. The sales associate Raseel was very friendly and helpful with style and colour recommendations while I tried on glasses. I’m indecisive and needed to check out other places before coming back to purchase, there was no pressure, just a reminder of the sales they had going on if I were to come back. The optician was also very kind and efficient fitting me for my glasses. Would shop there again!

I always get my eyewear from this location. The staff are all very helpful and professional. I worked with Lauren today and she was great at suggesting frame and lens choices that suited my style and needs. Lauren also made sure that I got all of the discounts that I was eligible for, which made my glasses very affordable. If you’re looking for quality glasses and excellent service, I highly recommend this location!
