I was disappointed with the service at this location. In the past, I’ve had excellent experiences at other locations, but this visit was very different. The staff was not helpful, did not make me feel welcomed, and took a long time to assist me even after I had selected my glasses. This makes me wonder whether this issue is specific to this location or reflects a change in overall service standards.
Staff were very helpful in finding me a new pair of glasses, no pressure to sell up, they actually gave me cheaper options to the pair I liked .
Fantastic visit from start to finish. I went in to pick out new glasses and the range they carried stood out immediately. Raseel walked me through every detail, showed me what each option could do, and helped tailor the lenses exactly to my needs. Plenty of choices, solid pricing, and her guidance took all the guesswork out. If you’re heading there, make sure she’s the one helping you!
Special thanks to Raseel, she helped me find the perfect pair of glasses for me, she was patient and really went above and beyond.
I recently visited LensCrafters for an eye examination and prescription eyewear, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The staff were very friendly, especially one gentleman whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask.
