Poor, cruel and borderline dangerous service here. Let me preface this with I never give one star reviews and I am not one to complain or nitpick. But I need people to know what happened to me here. Earlier in the year I made an appointment for a checkup - I needed an updated prescription. I went through a series of tests from a perfectly lovely technician, and was then told by the optometrist that I was being referred to a specialist for a freckle in my eye. Just picked up my glasses and it was very fast to arrive! When ordering it was so busy in the store but the lovely sales rep Deven was quick to help thank the optician for me I forget her name thank you again ladies!!
Imagining staying 20 mins in the store and all the store clerks stayed talking and didn’t even help. Left the store very disappointed and got more adorable glasses with better help at specsaver
