Had a great experience purchasing glasses today from Jen. I walked in with a vague idea of what I was looking for and in less than a minute she had found exactly what I was looking for.
I went to LensCrafters about a week ago to get glasses for my dad, and I met Turaab. He guided us through everything we needed to know and was really easy to deal with. He understood our needs and made sure to keep us as comfortable as possible. Really great service.
I had a great experience! I came in to get my lenses replaced and they suggested getting new frames as well since it would actually save me money. When I picked out a pair they even recommended an exact pair that was less expensive, which I really appreciated. They made everything easy and fun, not rushing me at all. Great customer service, I would definitely recommend!
