This is the second time I’ve been disappointed with your service at Lenscrafts Limeridge. Both times, I had already purchased two pairs of glasses and came to this location for pickup. We asked if we could sit and try them on, and requested adjustments, but were told there were no seats available and that someone would be with us shortly. Went into this store August 1st to buy my wife a pair of perscritpion sunglasses the two workers in there the guy and the older women both rude, sat down with the women asked her questions she was extremely rude the way she answered us didn't really care about helping us so we ended up walking out. Which sucks because my wife was gonna purchase a pair of ray bans I was gonna get the new meta glasses and my kid needed new prescription glasses. Should find better employees who actually want to help there customers
