I would not return here for an eye exam and do not recommend this clinic. I booked an eye exam appointment online for my 2-month-old. Upon arrival, I checked in and signed the patient forms. After waiting for over 10 minutes, I was told by an older receptionist that they could not proceed with the exam because they hadn’t realized how young my daughter was — and that only specific optometrists can see infants at their clinic. Ash and Nikki were phenomenal. Glasses buying is a big decision and can be overwhelming. Ash was patient and offered great suggestions. Nikki answered all our questions and helped set us both up with new glasses and sunglasses. Very satisfied.
I wish i could give them 0 start… Nikki was so Rude she doesn’t know How to Talk… First of all i could not understand what she was saying if u have cold or sick stay home dont spread germs… Taniya use to Adjust my glasses had a wonderful experience after she left lenscrafters Other Manager samantha i felt very Discriminated she thinks she knows what she is talking about and customer knows Nothing.. They were also talking bad about other’s customers behind their back when she left the store..
