Brad provided me with the most exceptional customer service I've experienced in years. Good customer service is so hard to come across these days; everyone is rude or impatient and short. But not Brad. Brad was a class act and helped me from start to finish without pressuring me into anything I didn't want. He provided me with options and explained the benefits of each option clearly and took his time to help me. I came in expecting to just put in an order and be gone, but my experience there made my day.
