They fixed my child's glasses in minutes while other places told me they can't even fix it! Really impressed by the professionalism and exceptional friendly service and staff!! Highly recommended for all your Eyewear needs!!
I usually go to eatontown but the ocean county mall location was closer to our house. I called every other day for my ons glasses and got the run around only to be told today that his glasses were lost in transit. There was no compensations nothing to make up for this mistake on their end after spending almost 300-350$ with this company. Their Apple Pay didn’t work the machines were down etc. Do better!
LensCrafters in Toms River is a very nice store. It’s always very clean and the employees are exceptional. Michael Talbot is always very attentive and knowledgeable. It’s a very nice atmosphere. I also like the eye doctor being in the same store.
Such an amazing helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was in desperate need for a repair and they took care of me immediately. Even more incredible is they made the repair with no charge. In addition, Lens Crafters has the best selection of glasses at very affordable rate.
