went in for my appointment today. I was told I missed my appointment yesterday. they also said my name husband's full name aloud in front of the others in the tiny waiting room. (nowhere to sit as it was already crowded) that is a HUGE HIPAA violation. My privacy is now comprimised, I'm embarrassed, and now have to wait again. I has exceptional service at the Lenscrafters in Burlington. Everything was seemless. I work in healthcare and was so impressed there. Seriously let down this time.
