These people are an absolute joke.....3 weeks and no glasses.....each person you talk to has a different reason why glasses were not ready.....from manager to the guy in the lab......$715 for nothing.....got money back and almost identical pair of glasses for $525.... across the street...the whole bunch is incompetent.
Wonderful service and amazing new store!
Very dissatisfied with the service we have received waited over a month for a trail pair of contacts to come back in for a appointment and then they ordered the wrong ones and now going into almost the 3rd week waiting on the reorder. No one wants to call me back but dam they got my money. Just uncalled for. The only decent person in the office was the doctor. Poor Customer Service�
