Staff at lens crafter burbank is more accommodating than glendale mall branch. The doctor itself is very nice and friendly he is very approachable...... more power burbank branch thank you for helping us despite of covid...☺️
Briana was patient as I selected the frames I like. I changed my mind a couple of times and her input helped me make my decision. Picked my glasses up the following day . Did not see Briana to thank her once again. Everything was perfect! Thank you Briana!
This place is so great. The staff is so nice! They fixed my glasses I stepped on, and disk charge me anything. Super friendly staff, and I found a few pairs to come back for once my new eye insurance kicks in.
Dr. Wong is great. She gave me a thorough exam, explained everything she was doing, and gave me some great advice for healthy vision. Briana is a sweetheart. She helped me pick out my new pair of reading glasses. Can’t wait to pick them up!
