I lost my glasses on vacation and called to get my prescription so I could grab a pair at Walgreens quick but was told they can’t give it to me. Thanks, I’ll just enjoy my blurry vacation. I’ve spent $1500 on glasses in the last 5 years there, won’t be returning.
A loyal customer for several years, imagine my surprise when my husband's extremely expensive bifocals purchased in May 2016 suddenly developed a strange cloudy fog in the lenses 6 months after the purchase . LensCrafters Old Saybrook, CT Just over a year ago I purchased two pairs of glasses along with a warranty. Just the other day I went to the gym and realized I forgot to leave my glasses in the car so decided to put them in my pocket. When ordering glasses from this store please make sure that they use your correct insurance information. I was trying to get contact lenses and they put a claim into my insurance company for someone with the same name. NEVER verifing the infomration. Now I have to jump through hoops to rectify this.
