Glasses in about an hour? No how about tomorrow? Also was told I'd wait thirty minutes for exam and took an hour and a half.
Was very disappointed in one of your salespeople. I was not satisfied with my glasses which were still under warranty so I wanted my money refunded. He went overboard in trying to get me to keep them, insisting they were throwing money away, I would never find a better selection anywhere, would be miserable trying to find better glasses, and even going so far as to criticize my current glasses. Most horrific experience of my life. Hoodwinked into 500 bucks worth of glasses that 50% of suck.... sad event. Do not step foot in this place. Go to Costco. WAL*MART or BJs. Horrific.
Very thorough and professional operation here at Walt Whitman mall. Recommend it.
