My appointment was for 12:00. I actually saw the Dr at 12:30 and she was great. Super friendly and very cautious. However, the experience afterwards was the absolute worst. I was assigned to Ms. Debbie to help complete the sale. It is her 2nd day on the job and they thru her to the wolves. The attitude from the manager, Chris, was completely unacceptable. the Dr. was great, the customer service at the front had a lot to be desired. 5:40 appt, in and out of Dr. no problem... than the issues began, we stood there and they took 4 people that came in after us. Than finally he got to us, and had enough nerve to get up and leave us to help another person that just walked in. Really, we spend $1500 a year in there between my husband and I. We walked out (after paying for Dr. bill) and went to Vision Works and were greeted with open arms. They need some mature people at Lenscrafters ... read more
