This was by far one of the worst experiences we’ve had. We walked into the store with the intention of purchasing a new frame. Almost immediately, we were approached by Josh Abrams, who very rudely stated there was a 10 frame limit due to COVID. It was evident that although the store was completely empty, Josh had no interest in helping us.
