I've been a customer of Lens Crafters for several years. I've been going to this particular location since it opened. Yesterday my husband and I stopped in to get glasses for him. I also saw a pair of glasses that I liked too but I was hesitant to make the purchase. Tina and Michelle worked with us both and made the process easy and seamless. I can't thank them enough for their hard work and great customer service. Thanks again, Tina and Michelle!
It’s a yearly ritual for our family of four. Get an eye exam with Dr. Pham, then go next door to Lenscrafters. John, Jade, and Mike are all amazing. We’ve been coming here so long they’re like family. The store itself is really clean and modern with a great selection of brands. Between progressives, readers, and sunglasses , plus pairs just for tennis, I probably have 10 pairs of Oakleys.
Rosa at Gainesville location was wonderful! She took her time with both my daughter and myself to ensure we found the perfect fit & style to suit our preferences.
I’ve been going to LensCrafters for years. I’ve been working with Jade and the team, for what seems to be “forever” now! The entire staff at the Gainesville, VA location is amazing. I love them!
Really liked the atmosphere and the optician who helped me. She was very informative answering all my questions. She was very frank about her opinion on the different frames I tried on to help me narrow down the selection. She provided me several price points to choose from and explained my insurance coverage.
