Such a painless and easy process today. Spent less than 1hr getting an eye exam and then going to get my glasses etc. Tina was very helpful and very kind. She helped me with selecting the best lense options while considering my upcoming move overseas. Definitely my new go to place for glasses.
As we walked into lensCrafters Tina greeted us with professionalism and kindness. She answered all her questions and assisted us greatly and finding the right pair of glasses. She walked us through all steps that were necessary to purchase the right pair of frames and lenses.
Shout out to store manager John. I got new glasses a month ago, but the prescription turned out to be bad. I got a new prescription and John and his team got my new lenses which worked fine. Satisfaction was guaranteed and it certainly was thanks to John and the team.
