The Dr. is excellent. However, LensCrafters is NOT complying with the FTC rule regarding issuing a copy of your prescription for contact lenses if you do not order contacts from them. This is illegal. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC and BBB concerning this issue.
I had an enjoyable experience after not being here in over 3 years. The sales reps helped tremendously when I was picking up my frames. They also made sure I received great discounts when purchasing both contacts and glasses. And the music was great. Can’t wait to get my glasses
