Went here for my glasses and contacts. Everyone was nice for the most part but even with an appointment and getting there on time. I still had to wait 20 minutes before I was seen. Wasn’t many people in there and it was during the week. Then I lost my original receipt. Simply asked over the phone if they could email the invoice and was told I needed to come in just for a copy of the receipt. Very big and nice selection of glasses. You can walk around and try as many as you want. Sabrina was vere friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us understand insurance benefits and types of lenses best for me. Would definitely reccomend!
Absolutely one the professional and courteous staff I’ve ever encountered, Sabrina was phenomenal- not pushy on a sale but more attentive to my needs. A+++++
I picked out two very nice glasses! Fell in love with them immediately. If it wasn’t for Eddie idk what I would’ve done because he was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
