All the Associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. Love this location; only wish the lab was still there. It was so great to be able to pick your glasses up with in an hour or so.
To start with one good thing: I at least got my money back. I went to Lenscrafters to get new contacts fitted. Every time I have been there, customer service has been one of the worst I have ever experienced. Either nobody helps you at the cash register for minutes (so, just just get to hang out there for 5 minutes...), or there is limited knowledge and competence about products. E.g., when I asked the contacts person and the doctor (!) which kind of contact I am getting and reasons why, neither one was able to give me the i... read more
Bad customer service, WAY late appointments – I made a 6pm appointment for an eye exam, and I was a new patient. I called early that morning to see if I could come earlier and the women who answered said they were booked. Half jokingly, I said, "Uh, I hope that doesn't mean they will be running late." She didn't answer. I rushed after work to be on time at 6, and checked in. I was told to wait. At 6:15 I hadn't been approched at all.
