Poor customer service...FYI-to my melanated Brothers and Sisters they don’t want our business here. Sad to say that in this day and age we get treated like we’re less than. But one things for sure I’ll NEVER step into a LensCrafters store again.
I have been coming there for near 20 years is my guess. Fantastic staff, my insurance is accepted there and they stand behind what they sell. For an eyeglass wearer like me, it’s perfect.
