THEY ARE TERRIBLE – ordered contacts through them after my appointment even though my gut was telling me to go to 1800Contacts. The pick up date was June 3rd. Due to a family emergency I had to go out of town for a few weeks. I called to say someone else was coming to get them and they said that because of HIPPA I had to fax it in writing.
