I came in today with a broken nose pad on my glasses, hoping for some help. Even though it was right before closing, the staff was extremely friendly and managed to fix my glasses in just a few minutes, completely free of charge! I was visiting New York from Chicago and the nylon string holding one of the lenses in place broke right before my trip. As a longtime customer of LensCrafters in Chicago, I randomly stopped by this location, to see if they can fix it. Filgia and Roger were extremely nice and accommodating.
