This was honestly one of the worst sales experiences I’ve had in a very long time. About a year ago in 2025, I went into LensCrafters to buy glasses, and the salesperson convinced me to get a second pair through what was presented as a special “buy one get one” type deal. The way it was explained to me was that after wearing the second pair for more than a year, I could come back with my receipt and get a brand new replacement pair at no extra cost. Very helpful staff. I had bent my glasses and they were very old and fixing them a quickly.
Walked in with broken glasses, the staff was nice and helpful. Jimmy was able to find the issue and fixed them quickly. Thank you!
Hands down the best customer service experience at an Optical Store ever! Take it from Someone wearing contacts for over 30 years since the age of 12! Will Def be back.
