Roger was very helpful. I have come all the way from England and broke my glasses while travelling. I came into the store unexpectidely and he was so eager to help out. He is a life saver for my holiday trip :)) Such good customer service, lovely visit.
I LOVE Filgia!!!!!!! She is skilled, attentive to detail and kind. She consistently followed up when my glasses kept being delayed, and made sure all was done properly once the lab finally said the frames had been broken and I would have to come back and choose another pair. Everyone in this location is helpful and positive. I have been coming here for 20 years, and the staff is always professional, personable and good at what they do.
Please give a special recognition to the Sales Agent Filigia. She greeted me with a bright smile the moment I walked in the door, then she walked me through the process of purchasing my 1st pair of prescription glasses. Filigia and this Lens Crafters location at 1166 6th Av in Manhattan exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this store!
