I can't recommend LensCrafters. The service has been terrible. I consistently usedLensCraftets for years with any optical needs I had, whether it be an exam, sunglasses or new lens. Went back in after not visiting the store in 2 years and couldn't believe the lack of professionalism and customer service. Just this evening one of the associates asked me from across the room my age. Way too expensive. Employees were very nice, and helpful but the cost of $900.00 glasses after copays is ridiculous!
This place is HORRIBLE!!! They were just fine last year, but for some reason they suck this year. And you can no longer get ur glasses in 1 hour. They now send everything out to a lab & it takes 2 weeks. I'll NEVER come back here ever again!!!
