I had exceptional experience today at Lenscrafter. Kenn helped me find 2 pairs of glasses that made me look young and vibrant. He was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and humorous. I love their new location at Short Hills Mall but would follow them anywhere because the service there is superb!
Kenneth was the best. We spent 2 hours looking for the perfect couple of pairs of glasses for my self and my wife. He made it feel like only 15 minutes had gone by. He helped us get great pricing on everything. Beautiful new location at the Short Hills Mall!
Store is nice however the store manager seemed to be in a bad mood and was snappy at the other employees. It was uncomfortable so we left without purchasing. unfortunate as we have had good experience at LensCrafters in the past.
Beautiful new store in the Shoet Hills Mall. Very attentive service. I got a beautiful pair of 👓 🕶 😎.
