I had to get a special screw/ and tighten my light on my loops that I use for work. I do NOT have any alan keys to do this. I dropped into this location today and I spoke with Steve...he was busy, but said if I could give him 10-20 minutes, he would do his best to see if he could help me. He states that screws for glasses were a lot smaller, but he would look at his supplies and try to help if he could. I left the store for other errands and then came back. Buyer beware! I paid over $500 for my glasses. I went back 4 months later to get my lenses replaced. The anti scratch lenses are so scratched I can not see through them. Since I didn’t buy the extra coverage (that was not offered to me) I would have to spend $495 to get the lenses replaced. Poor customer service here. Even Walmart offers a 1 year warranty on the lenses. Don’t buy from this place. Read the google reviews. I wish I had before going here.

Really enjoyed my experience and I was in and out pretty quickly! Picked frames that I absolutely adore and the staff was very nice! I was told that I would have to wait up to 24 hours for my glasses to be ready but they were done in 2 hours! Very impressive! Two thumbs up! 👍🏻 👍🏻
