The person who helps adjust your new pair of glasses is not nice. He doesn’t smile and was not really happy when I told him to fix my glasses as they were loose. If he isn’t willing to fix till the customer is satisfied then he shouldn’t be working there. And he should smile and make the person feel welcome. Going to have to go to another lens crafters
The optometrist was very thorough and patient with my Aunt. Great people skills and will gladly come back.
