The best experience I’ve ever had! I’ve wore glasses for years!
Poor customer service. From employees being sick with the flu to not fitting my glasses properly to breaking them has me where I’ll never go back. Love Dr Chao on the optometry side but poor customer service over a span of two years and three pairs of glasses means I won’t be back.
SUCH a great place. They have their system down pat - very smooth process. Also, Dr. Chao is handsome and friendly, so that’s an added perk!
I have to say, it is absolutely the friendliest, cleanest LensCrafters I have ever been to. I specifically want to mention Jed, as he helps me every time I go. He is my FAVORITE person to interact with, out of all of the places I ever go. He is genuinely thoughtful, helpful, friendly, intelligent, and a phenomenal employee overall. I no longer live in Woodstock, but I continue to go back to this location just because of him. He is absolutely amazing.
