Picked up my wife’s reading and sunglasses today. After spending $300.00 + after insurance we were rushed out without a proper fitting and adjustment. We were told “if they don’t feel right come back”. A couple weeks ago, when our order was placed, the same woman was on duty and when I tried to order sunglasses for myself I got the feeling I was taking up her valuable time pulling her away from her personal phone call. Needless to say I did not order my glasses there.
I visited this store three times for glasses. the lenses were on order. OI specifically called last night and spoke to Missy and she said they were in stock and could be ordered. Went in today, waiting for 15 minutes only to be told by Missy they can't be ordered. She never looked last night and waisted my time. My strong suggestion is don't go there and order online. You would think that you would get better customer service in person, but this store hires incompetent sales persons. Beware.
