I just purchased glasses at Lencrafters in Dubuque. I received a call that they were in and I stopped over to pick them up late yesterday afternoon. I walked into their store where there were no customers at the time and there was man at the counter. I gave him my name and why I was there. He found my glasses and he told me to sit down.
