The Kirkwood Highway store is socially irresponsible. There are 10 people seated in the congested waiting area. No social distancing. Worse, they are running over an hour behind on appointment times. Disgrace! Go elsewhere.
RecommendedLensCrafters has been my place for prescription eyewear for years, previously using the Concord Mall and Christiana Mall locations. The Kirkwood Highway location opened more recently and has been my family's more convenient location ever since. The staff is friendly, patient, and very competent.
