very courteous and professional people. I was there less than 1 1/2 hours for a exam, finding glasses frames, fitting and deciding on all features I wanted. they helped me they each step of the process and explained everything and asked if I had any questions. 5 star experience

In general I get pretty good service here. Today however, was not good. Not necessarily bad service, more like NO service. I just wanted my glasses that I purchased there to be adjusted. How long should one have to wait for this? Today I sat and waited patiently for about ten minutes, and in this large store with only one other customer, I had no indication whatsoever as to when anyone would be free to help me with my likely 60 second adjustment.
