Worked with Avi, he was Awesome! Worked with him last year for wife’s glasses and he was Awesome then! Great Job Avi!
Got glasses, picked them up, and the prescription didn't feel right and went back that same day and they tried to adjust them. Went back later that week to get them readjusted because they still didn't feel right. Came back within 30 days of that 2nd re-adjustment to return them and they said it was past 30 days from initial purchase and they won't help me. I'll be buying my next pair of glasses somewhere else.
Lens Crafters was an awesome experience from start to finish! From initially being checked in by the optician, to being examined by the optometrist, it was phenomenal and great service! Also quick service! The staff were beyond helpful as far as picking out a pair of glasses and trying on as many as I’d like. 10/10 recommend and I will certainly be back! I would like to give a special thanks to Lisa, she helped a ton with picking out my frames and she was beyond sweet!
