Made the mistake of going to this location with my daughter to get glasses on March 14, 2020 only to have the most horrible appalling insulting and outrageous experience due to the management and staff incompetence we both had separate orders of glasses yet they ordered the duplicate same frame and lens causing us to have multiple trips during the COVID-19 lockdown. It was disappointing experienced...I was misdiagnosed in 2005 with retinal detachment with my left eye...I was told that if I don't take care of it soon enough I will go blind within 5 years...so I went for a second opinion... the Dr. who did the examinations and all told me that there is nothing wrong with my eye...so from then on never came back to Lens Crafters for another check up...now it's 2019...14 years had passed...both my eyes are fine....I would not recommend that place to anyone..Lens Crafters is all about profit
