My wife bought glasses here. Lenses were defective. Coating wore off, producing spots on the lenses. Lenses were replaced and now the same thing is happening . Store in Chicago Ridge, IL will not help.
Was on a trip from the UK and the cleaners at the hotel threw my contact lenses away!!! Luckily it was the last day of my trip. Paid a visit to Lens Crafters and they gave me a free pair of daily disposables. Literally cannot see a thing without lenses so they saved my life!! Made a donation to the charity that they support. Highly recommended!
