I was a regular customer at LensCrafters until my last encounter. I recommended other friends and family and didn’t mind they were a bit pricey because of the same day service. I just recently got an eye exam and picked out frames and was told they no longer offer same day services, afterwards by this time it was too late because I had another family member I brought with me who also received an exam, picked out glasses as well.
