RecommendedMy grandson is 12, they were good with him. The people were friendly, and helpful. The doctor was precise. The people helping with the frames were very good, the lady talked to my grandson and engaged in fun conversation. Everything was with ease and in a good time frame.
Literally the worst!! Have ruined my lenses 2 times in a row! What should have been a quick 4 day task turned into 2 and a half weeks and I still don’t have the correct lenses! Super pissed! They owe me gas money
I walked in with my daughters to buy glasses. After looking at the displays for a good 10 minutes and seeing two of the employees just standing there, i approach them to ask if they have any other options other than Polo and Raybans for kids. Employee Answered No and went back to her phone. We continued looking at eye glasses hoping someone will come help us. I remember when getting my glasses here was enjoyable, now it's just frustrating.
The most unprofessional people at one business I've ever seen. Nobody knew nothing. I asked Dr. what the images of my eye on the screen meant and he didn't know.
Never had to wait at the optometrist for 4 hours before until today... Never coming back here again.
