What an incredible experience at LensCrafters! From start to finish, everything was absolutely wonderful. The whole team made me feel so welcome and taken care of — everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about getting everything just right. A special thank-you to Heidi and Donna — they were amazing! So kind, patient, and fun to work with. They made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free, and I walked out not only seeing better but feeling better too.
Krista is amazing! She was so nice, greeted us as soon as we walked in the door even though they were busy. I noticed she welcomed every single customer that came in while we were there. Excellent employee. She’s a keeper!
