The staff was excellent here and the doctor was thorough and explained all my options. Even gave me some incite and referral for another eye concern I was not aware of.

I'm surprised that with all their "cutting edge" technology that they cannot email you your prescription to you. FAX only. If you don't have a FAX machine then you have to drive there and pick it up. Along the same vein, the eye exam department cannot electronically transfer your prescription to the glasses department. It has to be typed in by hand by a person reading off a screen. Isn't that crazy? So much room for error. When I mentioned it to them at the store, they agreed.

Big disappointment Avoid this place with everything you can. They are walking crooks. They do not tell you how much it cost to get your eye exam...until after you done so they charged you 3 times what Other optometrist charge. she charged $150 for a 10 minutes check up. The optometrist is also part of their sale team...she recommended the most expensive package for your lens even with the advertise 50% discount you still ended up a $600 on a pair of Ray Ban prescription Glass. Where the frame cost $60 @sunglass hut 2 blocks ... read more

The employees there were jerks. They asked me how they could help me and I specified a brand name that I was looking for. They said "Oh no we don't carry that brand." I had bought a previous pair at a lenscrafters and have never been to one where they do not sell Donna Karan frames. I let them know that they do indeed carry the designer to which they finally agreed... but after leaving me on hold for about ten minutes, they then informed me that they were all too busy with customers to look up any further information for me,... read more
