RecommendedI love the idea of they are able to do or manufacture the glasses on site ! When we lived in Cali , they had excellent Doctors, Nurses & employees !
What a disappointing experience. Handed my insurance card to the receptionist and was informed my insurance is not accepted at this location. It is good enough for the N'gate and Tri-county stores (WTF??). It is insurance from my employer - a top 20 Forbes corp. The lack of transparency from the various locations is disappointing and lack of commitment to customer service. They are plenty of other doctors for eye exams and plenty of other places to have glasses made......
What brought me in originally was their flexible hours but once I arrived I was completely impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were, both while shopping and for my eye exam. The store is beautiful, the exam was thorough, there were so many frames to chose, and the process was quick and easy! I highly recommend!
