Brandy was extremely helpful when I had trouble ordering new contacts from an outside company. She got my prescription fast and faxed over to them quickly. She even called me the next day to tell me it was all taken care of. I feel she went above and beyond to help me!
Kudos to LensCrafters Terre Haute Indiana store: Manager Richard, Hailey, Corrine, and Brandy for the friendly professional customer service in selecting, ordering, making and fitting my glasses (I have extreme astigmatism and a high prescription so there is a lot of finesse required to choose attractive frames and make the glasses look good) and to Courtney and Dr Chad for the comprehensive eye exam and referral to a medical eye clinic for a potential serious eye problem. we went there to got glasses in one hour they didnt even have a tech ther at all that could make any glasses at all . they were NO help for us . I will not ever go back to them and i will also tell others they are not what they say they are , Summer
