Rowland was very proactive and helpful in finding glasses with same day pickup at a reasonable price. We were initially about to walk away but the sales pitch he gave us made us turn back around and purchase these nice glasses. Excellent sales rep to seek at this Lens Crafters!
The best eyewear store in King of Prussia. Staff is very friendly
Kind and helpful
My dad had to fix and adjust the glasses to his comfort, they were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you
Unfortunately I lost my glasses whilst visiting the US and needed a new pair on the same day. I didnt think it was possible but was proven wrong! I am very grateful of the efforts of the staff and doctor to put me at ease and turn an otherwise stressful time into something much better, this has allowed me to continue my vacation stress free.
