Deceptive Practices and Awful Customer Service.Beware of their checkout habits. I visited twice this week (July 14 and July 16) and faced severe billing issues both times. First, they tried to withhold a $100 patient app coupon until I forced them to check their computer screen. I went in to order frames. I worked with Shayna, who was excellent. She was patient as I took a while to decide between two frames, and she provided advice about what I should be looking for with my frames. She priced everything out, so I could see exactly what I was responsible for. She was friendly and helpful.
I was visiting the Exton location, yesterday. It was busy, and I have received help from a slim blond lady. She made the visit very personable. It was an amazing time. She helped me with my situation, and made it better than it was originally supposed to be. Thank yall, for the visit. And I would not mind coming back.
