6 weeks to get replacement lenses, way to long. Spoke with an assistant and was told only the manager knew what was going on and why they had canceled and re-ordered my glasses. Requested a call back from the manager, Didn't happen. I had to call and was told that i had already spoken with the assistant and was given all the info i needed, and she didn't understand the disconnect. Poor customer service, Would not recommend.
The store was bright, clean, and beautifully organized — it felt modern and welcoming as soon as I walked in. The service was great! Very professional, helpful and attentive
First time of eye exam here due to quick available appointment. However, first time in 20 years of wearing eye glasses that I have a new pair of eye glasses with price $500 that gives me image distortion.
Rachel and all of the staff at lenscrafters exton were wonderful to work with. Rachel was knowledgeable & enjoyable. She was more helpful than I could have asked for
