I've been buying my glasses from them for years and have always considered them expensive but worth it because of the quality and service. In May, I purchased a pair of Meta Gen 2 glasses from them. After only about four months, the glasses became stuck in pairing mode and stopped functioning properly. This is easily the worst establishment you could ever visit. The employees are aggressively rude and clearly do not care about their jobs or their customers. They won't notify you when your eyewear is ready, and if you dare to call them for an update, you will be met with major attitude. They flat-out lied about the wait times—promising 3 weeks, delivering nothing by week 4, and then shifting the goalposts to 8 weeks. This place is an absolute joke. Do yourself a favor and do not go here.

Terrible customer service, discrimination, and police escalation at LensCrafters over Meta Smart Glasses. I am completely appalled by how my family and I were treated by the management team, specifically RuthAnne Deceder and another female manager on duty.
