Sahar was an amazing sales associate. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made our experience pleasant and stress free.
I got a great pair of glasses and was in and out the store in less then an hour….. it took me more time to pick a pair then it took them to make them the have allot of great selections and everyone is super friendly
Stopped in expecting to drop off my Sunglasses for a repair. I was greeted by Rachel who looked at my glasses and told me she could have them fixed in minutes. A few minutes later she walked up and they were as good as new. No charge and I was out the door. Great customer service. I will definitely be back.
reading all these great reviews makes me a little sad i didn’t get to experience that . Yesterday I had An eye exam and I’m not sure if it’s because my insurance covered it and I didn’t have a co-pay that made the doctor act so disrespectful but it was sad. The first thing she told me was, why do you need glasses - your eyes Look fine. Like ma’am, if that was the case, I wouldn’t be here. She then made me do the test which I felt rushed.
