My experience at this LensCrafters exceeded my expectations in many ways. Suzanna Wolski, O.D. Was great, she took her time with me and after two failed attempts at trying contacts, she helped me find the perfect ones. Everyone I interacted with was great, the location is clean, bright and they offer a great selection. Highly recommend.

I had the best experience with Batool and Rochelle. Batool took fantastic care of me while we were having a great time. They made me feel comfortable and important. I highly recommend going into the store in Macy’s at the Gardens Mall and ask for either Batool or Rochelle.

I hope my issue with my glasses is resolved without me having to encounter Kiera, the store manager. I have visited this store before and I remember staff being helpful and friendly. I hate to pull the race card but Kiera came across that way as she appeared to be pleasant with other customers. I came to the store to make an exchange within my 30 day period as I was experiencing headaches after wearing my current glasses. I cannot be the first customer with this problem.
