I went to the Gardens Mall Store in north palm beach. Kira was excellent. Courteous and very professional.
I had an exam done and then I tried the trial contacts they gave me it irritated my eyes and the contacts were impossible to remove one got stuck in my eye and I called to stop by to check my eye make sure not infected it was really painful and my eye was bloodshot. They didn't care if I was in pain all she cared about is to say it's $125 to look at your eye. I would say don't go there you are just a number and a dollar sign.
Tammy was excellent! She took her time, was very patient, had great knowledge and was pleasant to work with. Great asset to the company with exceptional customer service skills.
My eye appointment and purchase of new glasses was an overall positive experience. Staff was friendly and professional and knowledgeable.
