Marco and Greg were amazing. They were super busy and I came in to get my glasses adjusted at first. I felt like I was a little profiled because I was in sweatpants and sneakers when I’m usually in a business suit, but when I realized how busy they were and they still took the time out just to do the adjustment for me. I really appreciate that and I give them five stars and customer service Was definitely five stars.
Left with new frames as my previous pair could not be repaired. Staff extremely helpful and courteous as always.
Very bad customer service experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. The staff was rude, constantly rushing me, and showed no interest in helping. I went in trying to find my prescription to order a pair of sunglasses, but they kicked me out of the store saying they didn’t have time for me. I was made to feel uncomfortable and not at all welcome. I had visited this place a long time ago and didn’t have a good experience then either, but I decided to give it another chance. I regret it. Super fast and accurate service, they pulled my old records to get me exactly what I wanted, now only have to wait a few days to get my new glasses, thank you, after a few years was nice to see that the sales associates still there, good sign for me.
