Susan was amazing. She was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.
Refused assistance by an employee with white hair (woman). Bought my prescription glasses online from LensCrafters and was sent the wrong color. Was hoping to get in-person assistance to switch out the frames to the correct color or process some sort of an exchange. The employee dismissed me and claimed they could not help because they are a “separate division.” She didn’t even give me a chance to show her my order, the glasses, or hear me out as to my questions on process.
