I just came from Lens Crafters in Saugus and I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had with a purchase. I was helped by Kalin and she was off the chart fantastic. Friendly, helpful patient, and so knowledgeable. She was filling in for the manager just for today and normally works out of Natick. I would drive to Natick next time I need glasses. What a great asset Kalin in to this company. Thank you Kalin for helping me today with my eyeglasses. You are awesome.
