Came in for an adjustment and for my husband to buy a new pair of glasses. It was clear from the moment we walked in that we wouldn’t be treated well. I got my bare minimum adjustment and we are taking our money elsewhere. I would happily have been talked into new lenses as mine are scratched but the associate didn’t seem to care.
Staff will go above and beyond to get what you're looking for/what you need. A group of super nice, well-rounded intelligent people with their humanity still intact! try to find THAT at another optical store
