I've been coming to this store for years, but their system is always having issues. I recently went in for my annual check-up, was prescribed new contacts, and had to wait an extended period just to receive a trial pair. The staffs were very nice & helpful especially Shaina who helped us look for the same frame that my husband needs.
I had my first eye exam today, and unfortunately, my experience was not as good as I had hoped. When I arrived, a gentleman greeted me politely and checked me in, which started things off on a positive note. Then, a technician called me back for a few tests.
