Glasses are expensive, but my experience with LensCrafters this visit made it worth spending the money. Excellent doctor visit/eye exam, helping me with my wandering eyeball issue. The technician spent a bunch of time with me helping me find the right glasses and lenses. Highly recommend.
Shayna is fantastic, so friendly and helpful! She helped me pick out frames I love and was very informative through the whole process. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this LensCrafters for all of your vision needs!
When you go to the Schaumburg location ask for Eddie he's outstanding!!!!! I've been going to this location for probably about 6 or 7 years. In May I came in to purchase new eye glasses. I have had assistance from other technicians before but never Eddie. He helped me with my frames and measurements. He was patient, kind, very good at helping me with all my questions about my lenses for my glasses. I know going forward he would be the only person that I will ask for. Zero stars not good optometrist or lab technicians. No quality control. Very poor service. Dr. Zainab Hasan.
I can't remember the last time I interacted with such snobbish/rude people, especially in a service context. Both the doctor and another worker answered questions with a completely unwarranted attitude. The guy with the long hair and glasses was nice. Going somewhere else.
