My boyfriend brought in his glasses earlier to be cleaned, and when I got them back, the lenses were scratched and the paint on the side was chipped. They weren’t like that before. I’m really disappointed and would like to know how this happened and what you can do to fix it.it was also our first time walking in just to get them cleaned.
Glasses are expensive, but my experience with LensCrafters this visit made it worth spending the money. Excellent doctor visit/eye exam, helping me with my wandering eyeball issue. The technician spent a bunch of time with me helping me find the right glasses and lenses. Highly recommend.
Shayna is fantastic, so friendly and helpful! She helped me pick out frames I love and was very informative through the whole process. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this LensCrafters for all of your vision needs!
