This is my usual spot, I came in today with a pair of my own sunglasses ready to buy lenses. They sat me in a chair for 25 min to check my insurance. Then said a manager has to review after they helped 3 other customers. I guess if your not buying frames and lenses you won't be helped quick. It's too bad, this was my go to for my entire family. I guess I have to look for a new location. Poor customer service and even worse management.
The staff went out of their way to help me replacing my nose pads. Very friendly.
Got my glasses at a different location a few years back, but went in today to have them tightened. Thank you Pia for all your help today for making sure they fit my face well!
